Any cake mix flavor can be used. This is a great recipe to make with children. 1 box lemon cake mix 1 egg 1 (4 oz.) tube Cool Whip Confectioners sugar Mix cake mix, egg and thawed Cool Whip until thoroughly blended. Drop by teaspoonfuls into powdered sugar. Make balls by rolling until coated with powder. Bake on greased cookie sheet until slightly browned in 350°F oven for about 8 to 10 minutes. Makes 4 dozen. | |
