FROZEN LIME SHERBET PIE 
1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. melted butter
Lime sherbet

Mix graham cracker crumbs with sugar and melted butter. Pour into 9" pie plate and press crumbs firmly against bottom and sides of pie plate. Bake at 375 degrees for 18 minutes. Cool. Fill cooled crust with lime sherbet and place in freezer for several hours. Decorate with strawberries and mint leaves before serving.
