4 fresh peaches, peeled, halved and pitted
3 tbsp. heavy cream
1 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1 oz. semi sweet chocolate, finely grated
4 tbsp. finely chopped pecans or almonds

Arrange 2 peach halves, cut side up, in 4 individual dessert dishes. Whisk the cream, sugar and vanilla together until the mixture forms soft peaks. Gently fold in half the chocolate and half the nuts.

Place a little of the mixture in each peach half. Sprinkle each with equal amounts of the remaining grated chocolate and nuts. Chill before serving. Serves 4.
