SPECTACULAR PEACH DESSERT 
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/4 c. packed brown sugar
1 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped nuts
2 egg whites
1 c. sugar
1 1/4 lb. fresh peaches or 1 lg. can peaches, drained
1 c. whipping cream, whipped
1 tbsp. lemon juice

In a 9x13 inch baking dish, stir butter and brown sugar with fork; mix in flour and nuts. Distribute over bottom of pan. Bake in 400 degree oven for 12-15 minutes until golden brown; stirring once. let cool.

In a large mixing bowl, beat egg whites to soft peaks, gradually adding the cup of sugar. Add peaches to egg whites mixture along with lemon juice. Beat on high speed until triple in volume and stiff peaks form. Fold in whipped cream.
