PRALINE COOKIE CRISPS 
1 c. soft butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg yolk
1 tbsp. grated semi-sweet chocolate
Chopped pecans
2 tbsp. praline liqueur
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. baking powder

Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Beat in egg yolk. Stir in chocolate and liqueur. Sift cinnamon, flour and baking powder and add to butter mixture stirring until dough holds together. Cover and refrigerate. Roll thin and cut with cookie cutters. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and sprinkle with chopped nuts. Press lightly. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes. Yield 6 dozen.
