MELT IN MOUTH CHICKEN 
1 (3 lb.) chicken

Cover with water. Cook until tender. Save broth. Cut chicken in small pieces and place in bottom of a 13 x 9 x 2 casserole.

Mix together:

1 1/2 c. broth
1 can cream of chicken soup

Bring to a boil and pour over chicken.

Mix together:

1 c. buttermilk
1 stick melted butter
1 c. self-rising flour
Salt & pepper to taste
