SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 lg. can sweet potatoes (or 3 small)
2 eggs
1/3 c. can condensed milk
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 stick butter
1 tbsp. vanilla

Heat potatoes thoroughly; remove juice. Mash potatoes; combine with other ingredients. Mix well. Pour into casserole dish. Top with: 1/3 c. flour 1/3 c. melted butter 1 c. chopped pecans

Mix ingredients well and sprinkle over top of potato mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
