LIME AND CHILI SOLE 
Delicious and low fat!

2 lb. sole (any white fish will work)
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
lemon pepper seasoning, to taste (McCormick)

LIME AND CHILI MARINADE:

1/2 cup lime juice
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt

In a large glass 9x11-inch baking dish add lime juice, chili powder and salt. Set aside.

Flour and season fish. Cook your fish in butter, either by frying or broiling quickly only a few minutes side, until it flakes easily with a fork.

Drop cooked fish in lime juice and chili bath, flip after about 5 minutes.

Enjoy!
