NO BAKE MINIATURE CHEESE CAKES 
8 oz. softened cream cheese
3/4 c. granulated sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
6 oz. sour cream
8 oz. Cool Whip
1 can cherry pie filling (or any flavor)

Cream sugar and cream cheese together; add vanilla. Add sour cream, mix well. Add Cool Whip. Chill until thick about 30 minutes. Break about 40 Vanilla Wafers in small pieces and place on the bottom of miniature paper muffin cups. When chilled, place cream cheese mixture on top of wafers. Add a dab of cherry pie filling on each one. Chill. Makes 6 dozen. May use larger muffing cups. Use a whole Vanilla Wafer. Makes about 24. May use 1 graham cracker pie crust for a whole pie.
