HANKY PANKS | |
1 lb. mild sausage 1 lb. lean hamburger 1 lb. Velveeta 1/2 tsp. garlic salt 1/2 tsp. oregano 1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire Party sliced bread I use the thin sliced sandwich bread and cut in 4 pieces (an X across the bread) it's cheaper than the party sliced bread. Brown meats and drain well, add Velveeta and spices; cook over low heat until cheese melts. Spread on bread and place on waxed paper on cookie sheet. Freeze until ready to serve (after this is frozen you can dump all into a plastic bag, broil as many as you need at a time and save the rest). To serve: Place on cookie sheet and broil until cheese is bubbly. Try them as appetizers, serve for breakfast, or even at lunch with salad. |
