TURKEY SALAD 
4 c. shredded smoked or plain cooked turkey
2 ribs celery, sliced
1/2 c. chopped red onion
3/4 c. chopped walnuts or sliced almonds
2 sm. tart green apples, cored and sliced
1/4 c. chutney
4 oz. Neufchatel cheese
1/4 c. plain yogurt
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 to 2 tsp. Dijon style mustard
Cayenne pepper to taste
1/4 c. raisins

In large serving bowl, combine first 5 ingredients. In a small bowl, stir together remaining ingredients except cayenne pepper. Pour dressing over salad; mix lightly. Season with cayenne pepper. Refrigerate until chilled. Serves 8.
