2 c. pineapple juice, chilled
1/2 c. non-fat dry milk powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pt. vanilla ice cream, softened

Blend juice and milk powder. Add vanilla and ice cream and beat until smooth and frothy. Pour into 6 chilled tall glasses and serve with straws.
