2 cans sliced beets, diced
12-16 oz. herring in wine sauce, diced
3 hard boiled eggs, diced
1 med. Claussen dill pickle, diced
1 lg. McIntosh apple, diced
Miracle Whip salad dressing

Drain beets and herring, dice all ingredients into meat small pieces and mix with 2-3 tablespoons salad dressing. Some of the onions may be diced and added. Serves 6 or more.
