MOLDED CHEESE AND PINEAPPLE
SALAD
 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon flavored gelatin
1 c. boiling water
1 c. heavy cream, whipped
1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime flavored gelatin
1 c. boiling water
1 c. pineapple juice
1 c. crushed pineapple

Dissolve lemon gelatin in 1 cup boiling water. Chill until slightly thickened. Beat until light and fluffy. Fold in whipped cream. Add cottage cheese. Pour into 10 individual molds to partly fill them. Dissolve lime flavored gelatin in boiling water. Add pineapple juice. Chill until slightly thickened. Add pineapple. Pour onto lemon layer, filling molds. Chill until firm.

Makes 8-10 servings.
