Vanilla ice cream
2 fresh peaches, peeled & sliced
1/2 c. Sloe gin

Scoop ice cream in dish. Top with sliced peaches. Spoon on Sloe gin. Top with cookie.

Variation: Use oranges, mix with Sloe gin.
