PEACH FLUFF 
2 pkg. (3 oz.) peach gelatin
2 c. boiling water
1 1/2 c. cold water
1 (16 oz.) sliced peaches, drained
1/2 of 9 oz. container Cool Whip

Dissolve peach gelatin in boiling water, add cold water. Drain peaches, set aside 6 peaches for top. Add 1/2 cup juice to Jello. Chill until slightly thickened. Dice the peaches and fold in thickened Jello. Beat with electric mixer. Blend in Cool Whip, about 15 minutes. Pour into pan. Chill overnight. Serves 15.
