Cream:

1 c. butter
2 c. brown sugar
3 eggs
4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda

Mix well. Roll into balls and place on cookie sheet. Make thumbprint in center of ball and fill with your choice of pie filling. Bake at 350 degrees.
