2 1/2 c. nonfat dry milk powder
2 c. white or pastel miniature marshmallows
1 c. instant chocolate or strawberry drink mix
1/2 c. confectioners sugar
1/3 c. buttermilk blend powder
1/3 powdered nondairy creamer

In a bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Store in an airtight container in a cool dry place for up to 6 months.

Yield: 15 batches.

To prepare hot drink: Dissolve 1/3 cup of the mix in 3/4 cup boiling water; stir well.
