3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 c. oil
2 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla

Blend together and bake 30 to 35 minutes or until done.
