2 c. self-rising flour
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. Wesson oil
Milk

Mix above ingredients with enough milk to make like cake batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes in a square cake pan. Delicious topped with fresh strawberries and vanilla ice cream.
