EGG SALAD 
6 hard boiled eggs
1 tbsp. pickle relish (sweet)
3 tbsp. Hellmann's mayonnaise
2 tsp. mustard
Salt & pepper

Cover eggs with water, bring to boil. Boil for 10 minutes. Rinse in cold water, peel and let eggs cool. Chop cooled eggs and combine with remaining ingredients.
