CRANBERRY GINGER RELISH 
3 navel oranges, cut into wedges, do not peel
4 c. fresh cranberries
1 1/2 to 2 c. sugar
1/2 c. finely chopped crystallized ginger

Grind oranges and cranberries using coarse blade of grinder. Combine with sguar and ginger. Mix well. Chill relish. Yield: about 4 cups relish.
