CRANBERRY RELISH MOLD 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry gelatin
2 c. boiling cranberry juice cocktail
1 c. cold cranberry juice cocktail
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
1 c. apple, chopped

Mix strawberry gelatin, boiling cranberry juice, cold cranberry juice and lemon juice. Refrigerate until thick but pourable. Fold in celery, walnuts and apples. Chill until set in 4 cup mold. Dip in hot water and unmold onto serving plate. Great with roasted chicken or turkey! Makes 8 to 12 servings.
