SPINACH SALAD 
1 pkg. Good Season salad dressing - garlic, prepared according to directions
4 to 6 slices of bacon, cook & crumble
2 or 3 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
10 to 16 oz. sliced mushrooms
1 pkg. fresh spinach
1/2 c. sharp cheese, shredded

Add enough salad dressing to cover eggs and mushrooms. Cover and refrigerate; stir occasionally. Marinate several hours or overnight.

Prepare spinach; add cheese and bacon. When ready to serve, stir egg and mushroom mixture and pour over spinach. Add more dressing if needed.
