SAUSAGE AND EGG BAKE 
2 c. milk
6 eggs
6 slices bread, cubed
1 tsp. dried mustard
1 c. cheese, grated
1 lb. breakfast sausage
salt and pepper to taste
1 small can diced green chilies

Brown sausage; drain well. Set aside. Beat eggs. Add milk, spices, cheese and chiles. Mix with bread cubes and sausage. Refrigerate overnight.

Bake in 10 x 13 baking dish at 350°F for 45 minutes or until set.
