CHILI MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef, lean
2 tbsp. dry bread crumbs, fine
1 lg. egg
1/4 tsp. oregano
12 lg. green olives, stuffed with pimiento

TOMATO SAUCE:

1 sm. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 can tomato soup
1 can water
1 tbsp. chili powder

Combine first 4 ingredients. Form a ball around each of the olives. Drop into tomato sauce and simmer, uncovered for 30 minutes.

For tomato sauce, saute onion and minced garlic in olive oil. Whisk in tomato soup, water and chili powder. Bring to simmering and drop in meatballs. Serves 4.
