LEMON CHICKEN 
2 (3 lb.) chickens, quartered
Pepper to taste
1 (6 oz.) can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
6 c. cornflakes, crushed
1/2 c. butter

Place chicken seasoned with pepper in bowl with lemonade, stirring to coat. Let stand at room temperature for 1 hour; drain. Roll in crumbs, coating completely. Place in melted butter in baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until brown and tender.
