RICE SALAD | |
3 c. white rice steamed in 6 c. water for 25 minutes, with a little salt 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks 1 (20 oz.) can fruit cocktail 2 (10 oz.) cans mandarin oranges 3/4 c. sugar 1/4 c. cornstarch Mix and cook for 10 minutes until thickened. Cool well and add juice of 1/2 lemon. Mix with 12 ounce Cool whip. Cool rice well, fluffing with a fork. 3 c. white grapes 4 c. miniature marshmallows Mix all ingredients, let set overnight. |
