RHUBARB CAKE | |
3/4 c. butter 1 egg 1 1/2 c. sugar 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda 2 c. plus 2 tbsp. flour 1 c. sour cream or yogurt 1 tsp. vanilla 4 c. diced rhubarb Cream the first 3 ingredients, gradually add the next 5 ingredients. TOPPING: 1/2 c. sugar 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 tbsp. butter Mix the topping ingredients and crumble on top of batter in greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. |
