FUNNEL CAKES 
2 eggs
1 tbsp. sugar
1 c. milk
1 tsp. baking powder
1 1/4 c. unsifted flour

Beat eggs. Gradually add milk. Add flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Beat until smooth. Heat grease. Pour batter into pitcher. Hold funnel. Start pouring in the middle of skillet 1 inch from edge. Drain on paper towels. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
