1 1/2 tbsp. butter 1/2 c. sugar 1/4 c. water 1/4 c. Carnation evaporated milk 1 c. flour 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. baking soda 1 c. whole cranberries SAUCE: 1/4 c. butter 1/2 c. Carnation evaporated milk 3/4 c. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla Mix together ingredients for the cake. Bake 350 degrees for 25 to 35 minutes. Make sauce; mix all ingredients for sauce, simmer 2 minutes. Stir while still warm. Serve sauce warm over cake. |
