LINGUINE AND CLAMS SAUCE 
2 cans clams
8 or 9 sections of garlic (chopped)
1 med. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. butter
1 or 2 tsp. Italian spices
1 tsp. parsley, dried
Dash of oregano
Salt and pepper
2 tbsp. white vinegar or 1/4 c. wine
1/2 stick extra butter
Fresh grated Parmesan cheese

Simmer garlic and onions in butter, add spices and then extra butter simmer for about 5 minutes. Add clams and wine. Simmer 20 minutes. Serve with linguine (al a dente). Add cheese.
