BANANA SPLIT CAKE 
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 stick butter
1/2 lb. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. confectioners sugar, sifted
2 eggs
5 lg. bananas
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 can crushed pineapple
1 carton Cool Whip
1 sm. jar cherries
Chocolate syrup
Nuts

Mix graham cracker crumbs with 1 stick of butter. Spread on bottom of 13x9x2 inch pan. Put in refrigerator until set. Soften 1/2 pound of butter; add vanilla and sugar. Beat mixture 15 minutes. Add eggs and beat until creamy.

Spread mixture over crumbs. Return to refrigerator until firm. Slice bananas and add 2 teaspoons lemon juice. Spread on top of mixture. Next, drain crushed pineapple. Spread this on top of mixture.

Spread Cool Whip on top of pineapple. Drizzle with chocolate syrup. Sprinkle nuts and cherries on top.
