FRUIT KABOBS 
2 Spanish blood oranges, sm. navel oranges, or mandarins
12 kumquats or seedless grapes
2 thick slices fresh pineapple
1 lg. ripe kiwi fruit
12 strawberries or pitted cherries
Watermelon, honeydew, or cantaloupe, cut into 12 (1 inch) cubes

Cut fruit into bite sized slices, cubes, or wedges. Spear fruit on thin skewers. Stand spears in bowl or bucket of crushed ice or use a hollowed out pineapple or watermelon filled with ice, to support the skewers. 12 servings, 1 skewer each. 40 calories per serving. 2 mg sodium.
