ITALIAN CHICKEN 
3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Italian seasoning
Italian bread crumbs
Olive oil
Parmesan cheese
Salt & pepper
1/2 clove pressed garlic
2 eggs

1. Mix together enough Parmesan cheese and Italian seasonings and bread crumbs (I use Progresso) together to thoroughly coat chicken.

2. Cut chicken into 1 inch strips.

3. Beat with a fork eggs in a small bowl.

4. Coat chicken with eggs and then coat in Parmesan, bread crumb mixture.

5. Place in a skillet in which you have already heated olive oil (2 tablespoons) and garlic.

6. Cook until lightly browned. As you do this cook angel hair pasta in another pot and be heating some marinara sauce in another. Once the pasta has been prepared al dente drain and rinse. Add marinara sauce and place chicken on top or on the side.
