ITALIAN CHICKEN 
3 lbs. boneless chicken breasts
1 lg. jar spaghetti sauce
1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
1 egg
Cooking oil
Italian bread crumbs

Beat egg. Dip chicken breasts in egg and roll in Italian bread crumbs until covered. Heat oil in frying pan. Fry covered breasts until brown. Cover bottom of baking dish with small amount of sauce. Place browned breasts in baking dish and cover each breast with a slice of cheese. Top chicken and cheese with remaining sauce. Cover and bake at 350 degrees 45 to 60 minutes.
