ITALIAN MEATBALLS 
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 egg
1 c. cracker crumbs

SAUCE:

1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/8 tsp. Italian seasoning

Combine together meatball mixture and roll into 1 inch balls. Combine ingredients for sauce and simmer 10 minutes over moderate heat. Add meatballs to sauce and bake 10 minutes at 325 degrees.
