CLAMS CASINO 
Little neck clams (amount needed)
Crackers, Ritz (crushed)
Butter (melted)
Garlic powder
Tabasco sauce
Lemon

Shuck little necks leaving clam on half shell. Drain well. Sprinkle clams lightly with garlic powder. Spoon crushed crackers onto each clam. Drizzle each with butter and lemon. Add 1-2 drops of Tabasco sauce. Broil clams until browned.
