FISH HATER'S FISH DINNER | |
1 1/2 - 2 lb. fish filets 1 tbsp. to 1/2 c. chopped onion 3/4 c. mayonnaise 1 tsp. mustard 1 tsp. lemon juice, fresh 1 tsp. marjoram Place filets in greased baking dish, one layer thick. Mix remaining ingredients and spread evenly over filets. Sprinkle with paprika and bake at 500 degrees for about 20 minutes. Serve with mashed or baked potatoes or hash browns. |
