EASY CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 1/2 whole chicken breasts, split into 5 pieces, skin removed
Garlic powder
Salt and pepper
1 can Campbell's tomato soup
1 can Campbell's cream of mushroom soup
1 bunch green onions and tops, finely chopped
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 fresh tomato, chopped

Arrange chicken pieces in bottom of large casserole or small roaster. Sprinkle with the garlic and salt and pepper. Combine both soups with onions and tomato. Spoon over chicken. Cover and bake in 350 degree oven for 2 hours until tender. Serve with cooked rice and is delicious served with mashed potatoes. Serves 4.
