EASY CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
3-4 lbs. cubed chicken
Garlic powder
Lemon juice
2 tbsp. butter
Mushrooms (optional)
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. water

Cut chicken into bite sized pieces. Melt butter in frying pan and add chicken. Sprinkle with garlic powder to taste, and brown. Add mushrooms. Add lemon juice to taste and add half of water. Cook on medium heat until tender. Add soup and rest of water. Stir and heat through. Serve over rice or noodles. Serves 4.
