SO GOOD BUNS 
2 c. milk
1 stick butter
1 c. cold water
4 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
3 pkgs. dry rapid rise yeast
2 lg. eggs
10-11 c. flour

Heat milk with butter until butter is melted. Add cold water, then 3 cups flour, sugar, salt, and yeast. Beat 4 minutes. Add eggs and beat 2 minutes longer. Add 4 cups flour and beat with wooden spoon. Gradually add another 3 to 4 cups flour kneading until the dough is soft but not sticky. Let rise, form into buns and let rise again. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees.
