1 lb. Jimmy Dean sausage (I like spicy)
1 bunch green onions/scallions
1 bunch cilantro
1 (8 oz.) can chopped tomatoes with chili peppers (or small jar of salsa)
1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut into cubes
1 (16 oz.) tub dairy sour cream

Brown and drain the sausage, add chopped green onion, cilantro, tomatoes/salsa, cream of mushroom soup, bring to a slow boil and gradually add cubed Velveeta cheese until melted. Reduce heat to low and stir in sour cream.

Serve with tortilla chips or scoops. ENJOY!
