3 c. sugar
3 c. grated zucchini
1 1/2 c. oil
2 beaten eggs
3 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. chopped nuts (opt.)
1 c. chocolate chips

Mix first 4 items. Sift and add dry items. Mix well. Pour in greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan. Top with chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or more.
