PIE CRUST (Never Fail) | |
2 c. flour 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. salt 1 c. shortening 1 egg yolk Sift together: flour, baking powder, and salt. Add shortening. Put egg yolk into measuring cup. Add water to make 1/2 cup. Mix with flour and shortening. Refrigerate well before rolling. |
