PEPPER STEAK 
1 lg. round steak, tenderized and cut in pieces
1 lg. bell pepper, cut in strips
1/2 med. onion, chopped
1 limb celery, chopped in lg. pieces
Salt, pepper and hot sauce to taste
1 sm. (6 oz.) can tomato juice
Brown gravy for family

Sear steak, then put in roasting pan or electric skillet, add onion, seasoning, tomato juice, and brown gravy, enough for family. Cook until meat is tender. Add more water if mixture becomes too thick. The last 15 minutes of cooking time, add bell pepper and celery. The total cooking time should be 45 minutes to 1 hour. Serve over cooked noodles or rice.
