CHINESE PEPPER STEAK 
1 lb. round (tenderized) steak
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 c. soy sauce

Cut steak in 1 inch pieces and soak in the combined soy sauce, ginger, sugar, and cornstarch, then brown the steak in 2 tablespoons cooking oil.

Chop up 3 green bell peppers, 2 fresh tomatoes and 1 clove of garlic. Pour in 1/4 cup water. Reduce heat and cook 5-6 minutes.
