PEPPER VENISON 
4 venison 1/2" steaks
1 pkg. tenderizer

Marinate for 1 hour. Broil 10 - 15 minutes on each side.

1 tsp. olive oil
1 lg. green pepper, sliced
1 lg. onion, quartered

Reduce heat to medium low, cover. Stir 3 - 4 times until tender.

Places steaks in casserole, top with veggies.

Serve with brown rice and corn.
