CHEESE PIE (QUICHE) 
4 eggs
Dash pepper
1 unbaked 9 inch pie shell (deep one)
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 lb. shredded, sharp Cheddar cheese
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. diced ham or crumbled bacon

Combine first six ingredients; pour into the unbaked pie shell (may be placed in two shallow pie shells). Bake in a 350 degree oven for 45 to 50 minutes. May be used as breakfast, lunch, brunch, or dinner dish. Also delicious heated over.
