1 lemon supreme cake mix
3 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. solid shortening
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt

Mix dry cake mix, 1 egg and shortening until crumbly; reserve 1 cup of this for top. Press mixture in ungreased 13"x9" cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. While this is baking, mix sugar, 2 eggs, salt, lemon juice and baking powder until foamy. When crust is finished baking, remove from oven and pour liquid mixture over top. Return to oven and bake for another 15 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar while still hot.
